Mt. Spokane wins Battle of the Bell!
Comments(0) Yesterday, September 4th, 2009, at the Battle of the Bell at Joe Albi Stadium, the Mount Spokane High School football team finally beat Mead!
High school students and their supporters from all over Spokane made an impressive crowd at the stadium. It was a boring game at first, with neither team letting the other score, but during the last 3 minutes, Colten Williams finally scored a touchdown for the Wildcats after an amazing run. The Panthers weren’t able to get through the Wildcat defenses until the game ended with the score: Mt. Spokane – 7, Mead – 0! After 7 years, we finally got the bell from Mead, thank you, Wildcat football team, and congratulations!!!
